Exercise #8: Non-fiction Essay

I simply just don’t know what to write. They left the comments, “delete those posts.” Of course no one will do so. Others are saying, “it’s being processed. You gotta wait.”

I click off the page. My friends were discussing every word that they received; they posted the screenshots in the group chat—the same person told them to calm down.

I am browsing another social media, it’s like the Twitter of mainland version. Most people I followed retweeted the post in memory of the third year of Lin Yi-han’s death. She was sexually assaulted by her teacher during her adolescence, based on which she wrote a novel named Fang Si-Chi's First Love Paradise; however, she did not break through the sexual violence, with herself committing suicide three years ago.
